An Evening With David Hewitt
May 11th 2010 to May 11th 2010UAE based artist David Hewitt conducted an informal talk to a gathering of collectors at Cuadro Fine Art Gallery. The talk was a retrospective look at the artist's past collections and how they relate to his latest body of work. Hewitt also unveiled the latest piece from his "Urban Remains" series.
This small, intimate gathering concluded with a cocktail reception where collectors had the chance to spend one-on-one time with the artist.
David Hewitt was born in 1952 in West Palm Beach, Florida. He received his Masters degree from the School of Art and Architecture, Cornell University. Hewitt currently teaches design at the American University of Sharjah.
